If you don't find anything that appeals right now, you can still register for future opportunities by forwarding your expression of interest to the Snack Brands Australia careers team. One of our recruitment specialists will then review your profile and get back to you.
What you can expect from us
Transparency is important to us, so we like to keep all of our candidates informed of their progress throughout the application and interview process. After you submit an application, you'll receive an email acknowledgement, and an Snack Brands Australia recruitment specialist will then review your application and either email you or call you with more information.
If you've submitted an application through an agency, we'll respond to the agency directly.
Snack Brands Australia doesn't accept unsolicited resumes or applications from agencies.
The recruitment process
After we receive your application and assess your suitability for a role, you may be invited to attend a formal interview.
The type of interview you attend may vary in different parts of Snack Brands Australia, and you may meet with a representative from the recruitment or human resources team, the business, or both. You may also be asked to attend a number of interviews.
During an interview, we will ask you both competency-based and technical questions. This helps us assess your competencies against the Snack Brands Australia leadership framework. The competencies within the Snack Brands Australia leadership framework apply to all of our roles, not just our leadership roles.
After an interview, you may also be asked to complete a psychometric assessment. Snack Brands Australia uses ability assessments and personality profiling. We conduct these assessments through our preferred supplier.
If you successfully complete all of these stages, Snack Brands Australia will ask for two references. Snack Brands Australia also undertake medical assessments.
The information you provide through your interview/s, psychometric assessment, references and medical screening will be used to evaluate how well you match the role you've applied for.
